      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend design reviews and project-related meetings to communicate product design considerations
      - Collaborate with development teams to define configuration activities and ensure accuracy of information
      - Generate documentation for impact assessments and implementation preparation, including Parts Maps and Bills of Materials
      - Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts for Product Transfer and Change Control Activities
      - Identify process gaps and recommend solutions for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Research Development, Product Transfer, Quality, or related departments
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with product commercialization, including quality assurance and product development
      - Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech industry preferred
      - Proficiency in Change Control and Document Control processes is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
      - Experience with PLM systems such as Aras Innovator
      - Background in training or mentorship roles
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication abilities
