What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own partner data integrations end-to-end, managing data ingestion, quality, enrollment logic, and return files from kickoff through go-live and ongoing operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external data counterparts, negotiating data specifications and troubleshooting issues
- Translate technical complexity into business clarity by breaking down intricate data challenges into actionable requirements
- Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating with various teams to ensure data-dependent initiatives stay on track
- Develop monitoring, dashboards, and proactive alerting systems to manage data quality and integration health
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in product management, data operations, or a related role within healthcare
- Direct experience working with healthcare claims data, eligibility files, and value-based care data
- Proven track record of managing complex data integrations or implementations with external partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating closely with data science and data engineering teams; comfortable with SQL and working in data-heavy environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with clinical ontologies or healthcare data standards
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools and concepts (e.g., dbt, GitHub Actions)
- Background in health economics, actuarial, or clinical data analysis
- Experience in value-based care contract operations or performance measurement
