What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for security features across the PaaS platform, collaborating with product managers, CISO, and engineering teams
- Investigate cyber threats, conduct root cause analysis, and work with development teams to implement corrective actions
- Collaborate to define a centralized Risk, Compliance & Security governance process
- Design and implement security controls based on known vulnerabilities and improvements
- Ensure security is embedded throughout the product lifecycle, fostering a security-first mindset
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on security products
- Deep understanding of cloud security concepts, technologies, and frameworks
- Experience with security controls for PaaS or IaaS platforms
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP)
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent)
- Experience with DevSecOps methodologies and tools
- Understanding of container security, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures
- History of successful product launches in cloud or security domains
- Experience working in agile environments and managing product roadmaps
