      Northeast Credit Union is a fast-growing, strategic-minded credit union in New England, seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join its talented, mission-driven, and forward-thinking marketing team. Core responsibilities include developing and executing holistic marketing plans that drive household penetration of consumer banking products and services, helping to grow membership while making a positive impact on our communities.

      We are seeking someone with B2C experience as well as experience directly managing an agency throughout the creative process.

      The Senior Product Marketing Manager is a critical leader within the marketing organization that will also play a key role on the broader cross-functional leadership team. As the credit union grows, so will the importance of this role. Northeast is seeking a strategic marketer with a general manager mindset, one who can make an immediate impact but also grow and develop their own team over time. This role is at the intersection of brand strategy, product development, operations, and consumer insights, and will be instrumental in driving the mission of the credit union.

      This is a hybrid role based in the Portsmouth, NH area.

      Essential Functions:

      Develops and executes holistic marketing plans that drive household penetration of consumer banking products and services. Builds and maintains annual product marketing calendar that delivers the credit union’s strategic objectives. Ensures internal awareness and communication of marketing plans.

      Builds collaborative cross-functional relationships both internally and externally, championing the voice of the consumer throughout product development and optimization. Partners closely with product management, operations, data, and member experience teams to develop high-impact go-to-market plans for new and existing products and services. Engages external agency partners when relevant.

      Develops holistic understanding of business performance and identifies barriers to penetration. Leads research and analysis of consumer behavior, using internal and external tools, to better understand product usage and attitudes. Stays current on macro and micro trends that can optimize current marketing plans and identify whitespace for innovation.

      Manages overall product marketing budget, in collaboration with VP of Brand. Plans, assesses, and reports on product marketing KPIs. Optimizes for media reach and creative effectiveness, leveraging external agency partners. Ensures all product marketing is complimentary to overall brand marketing.

      Coordinates with digital marketing team, creative partners, and front-line staff to ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging. Responsible for revisions and updates to campaigns at all consumer touchpoints.
