- Lead the design and development work on a digital platform for a very renowned client with cross-functional teams, several partner agencies and several stakeholder groups
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to always chase the best possible outcome by following a joint vision
- Drive constant optimization of the way we work, in the project, cross-department, and as a partner for our client
- Constantly manage stakeholder expectations and communicate transparently around budget, timings and scope
- Empower the project teams by leveraging your expertise around communication workshops, retrospectives and other team building activities
- Provide stability and clarity around topics surrounded in complexity and uncertainty
- Three years of proven project management experience in software development, ideally web development with several stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in increments and empowering a team to do so
- Experience in working with Jira, Confluence and MS Project
- Very good German and English language skills
- Experience with digital platforms
- You highly enjoy working in an environment with flat hierarchies and are a true motivator and mediator for your colleagues
