What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Lead collaborative project teams by developing timelines and coordinating staff assignments
- Design and implement rigorous applied studies, including research questions and methodologies
- Supervise data collection and analysis efforts, including qualitative and quantitative tools
- Communicate study progress and findings to clients and stakeholders effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into actionable work plans
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies and analytic software
- Proven experience managing project teams on research and evaluation projects
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting business development efforts, including grant and proposal writing
- Familiarity with analyzing claims and other large or complex data sets
- Experience working in contract research and/or evaluation organizations
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
