What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for revenue growth in assigned territory or accounts
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers to understand customer needs and exceed expectations
- Serve as the escalation point for support and service issues
- Provide market information and reports to cross-functional areas and senior management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in professional sales and account management, with a focus on key accounts
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, including digital health and bio-tech
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply value-based selling principles in a complex sales environment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
