What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reinforce and optimize the use of MEDDPICC across the sales organization, embedding it into daily workflows
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on sales methodology and business acumen
- Promote territory ownership and accountability among sales representatives
- Enable and coach teams on consultative selling behaviors and best practices
- Monitor training effectiveness using performance data and feedback for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Leadership roles within B2B SaaS or complex sales environments
- Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks and practical application
- Proven success in designing and delivering enablement programs for sales leadership
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for both in-person and virtual settings
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales experience
- Instructional design experience or coaching certifications
