What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to optimize product and sales capabilities
- Achieve sales proficiency to effectively present Core Banking solutions to clients
- Align client objectives with solutions to deliver impactful value propositions
- Produce proposals and presentations regarding technical compatibility and feasibility
- Shape the selling message and strategy through teamwork across internal departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in sales
- Experience presenting to executive-level clients (CEO/CIO/COO)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking and reporting sales pipeline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing "C-Level" sales and building trusted advisor relationships
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies based on client growth plans
- Strong planning skills with the ability to revise strategies as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively
