      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage strategic accounts, focusing on those within the Top 100 regionally and nationally
      - Develop documented account strategies aimed at generating 20% growth annually across the portfolio
      - Conduct client research, prospecting, and networking to identify new sales opportunities
      - Collaborate with the Marketing Department for strategic positioning and cross-selling
      - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals while maintaining a sales database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 5 years of successful account management or sales experience in the TIC industry, focusing on hazardous locations and/or renewable energy
      - Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with superior presentation skills
      - Ability to travel at least 50% of the time and possess a valid driver's license

      - Experience working with diverse teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Working knowledge of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
