What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and manage relationships with assigned brokers and territories to drive new business growth
- Develop and execute business plans with Primary Brokers, General Agents, and Direct Write Producers
- Manage the entire sales process with brokers and direct prospects, consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- Present to decision makers and conduct member education sessions as needed
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Sales Strategies within the small and mid-market segments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or a high school diploma with 9 years of related experience
- Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License in Florida within 90 days of hire
- Driver's License required
- Related experience in Business Acumen, Customer Relations, leadership, Health Insurance Industry, or Sales
- Experience with Group Insurance in the Small Group and Mid-market segments (2 - 99+ eligible employees) is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Health Insurance Industry, particularly with Employee Benefits and Sales Representatives
- Background in managing Small Group and Mid-market business accounts
