What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver on individual and team sales and net margin targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various teams
- Create data-driven sales collateral and proposals for multi-million dollar contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product monetization strategies
- Lead annual planning and budgeting processes with Fortune 100 accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment through direct sales or brand experience
- Sales experience in a fast-paced environment with contract values between $100k - $1MM
- High attention to detail with strong execution skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analysis platforms
- Openness to travel 30% - 40% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consistent historic performance of achieving sales quotas while building strong client relationships
- Working understanding of the 3-tier system and Tied House Law for Beverage Alcohol in the U.S.
- Experience presenting large brand-centric campaigns for major seasonal events
- Knowledge of the digital media landscape, including connected TV and programmatic platforms
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments and adapt to rapid changes
