      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to business applications for the employer's personnel
      - Provide feedback and develop solutions to meet user technological needs
      - Create technical documentation, instructions, and training materials for staff
      - Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for less-experienced team members
      - Stay updated on emerging technology and best practices within the industry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies or equivalent professional experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce technical or functional administration experience
      - Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desired
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Strong communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization

      - Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives
