      Cube Root is currently searching for a Senior Scheduling Manager to support the delivery of a multi-billion dollar disaster recovery program. This role will be reporting to the program controls lead with a focus on developing and maintaining schedules for multiple simultaneous school projects throughout the US Virgin Islands.

      Responsibilities
      • Manages the schedule updates with the Project Delivery Team.
      • Reviews Time Impact Analysis submissions and as needed develops Time Impact Analysis.
      • Develops schedule and cost loaded reports for budget forecasting and for project/program tracking.
      • Reviews contractor's and consultant's baseline schedules.
      • Communicates complex scheduling information to varied audiences including engineering, program/construction management, and project teams.
      • Understands contracts and interprets from scheduling/project controls perspective.
      • Expert level user of Primavera P6, previous experience in resource and cost loading P6 schedules, recording cost actuals and setting up time periods in P6.
      Here's what you'll need
      • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field
      • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the construction and/or engineering field with increasing responsibility
      • Experience managing scheduling for simultaneous projects
      • Experience managing scheduling for school projects is preferred
      • Ability to understand contracts and interpret from scheduling/project controls perspective
      • Expert level user of Primavera P6
      • Experience in resource and cost loading P6 schedules, recording cost actuals and setting up time periods in P6
      • Experienced reviewing and approving contractor's and consultant's baseline schedules
      • Display a clear and analytical approach to problem solving and decision-making abilities
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to effectively communicate complex scheduling information to varied audiences including engineering, project/construction management, and project teams
