  • Location: Bangalore OR Hyderabad OR Remote

  • Operational duties for our cloud-based products - deployments, on-call, incident management.
  • Management of container-based architecture (AWS EKS and Kubernetes).
  • Maintain and improve the existing observability pipeline and operational workflows.
  • Architect and implement various cloud management automation.
  • Write and maintain Ops documentation.
  • Resolve escalations and help prevent reiteration of incidents with process, monitoring and reliability improvements.
  • Contribute and implement DevOps best practices within the group.
  • Work as a member of a cross-functional project team contributing to the technology-based solutions and consult on concept feasibility.
  • Flexible with working in Europe time zone

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code
  • Good exp in DevOps, Kubernetes, cloud ops, AWS, Terraform, ansible, Jenkins, python
  • Experience in DevSecOps (Good to Have)
  • Experience in Networking.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization, Cloud Architecture and Services, Automated Deployments
  • Familiarity with web security and protocols HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, SQL and networking fundamentals - Rich DevOps skills across CI/CD, SCM, Builds and Releases
  • Experience with writing technical documents (internal and public)
