- Sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets that link data from a variety of sources
- Interviewing business to collect requirements, formulate and define system scope and objectives
- Provide direction and over-sight of off-shore resource(s) in order to deliver timely and accurately
- BI and Data Visualization
- SQL skills, ability to craft queries as well as make data structure recommendations
- Experience with one or more scripting languages, including Python.
- Starting Pay Range: $141,565
- Pay Range End: $146,565

Position Title : Senior Solutions Analyst (Recruitment #49261)
Job Description :
Responsible for the data products deployed globally across Hasbro’s Shared Service domain (including but not limited to Finance, Facilities, and Consumer Care). Partner closely with our Shared Service partners to deliver solutions that drive high business value. Dive quickly into the current state for the business team, collecting an understanding of both the data and the need. The Senior Solutions Analyst will be the central person between business partners, Tech Analytics, and the off-shore development team helping to translate business need into scalable solutions. Lead analytics projects from inception to completion, which may be small, one-time requests or large, ongoing programs. Collect requirements from our global partners and translate into clearly articulated technical specifications documents. Document unit test scripts for off-shore team, perform detailed user acceptance and post-unit testing. Write and communicate results for business partners and acquire feedback regarding user experience. Develop technology systems that support business partner data and analytical needs, including components such as interactive dashboards, visualizations, data blending and transformation routines. Work with internal partners and outside vendors to catalog, clean, and integrate Hasbro and external data sources into Hasbro’s data model. Develop processes and tools to enable access to data for analytical purposes. Identify tools and vendor partners who can help the team drive business value for Hasbro. Position is fixed location based in Pawtucket, RI office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.
Job Requirements :
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related data and quantitative field.
Must have five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm. Position is Eligible for Employee Referral Program.
