      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a QSP expert to develop and execute model-based analyses, strengthening quantitative decision-making in drug development
      - Design and prioritize combination clinical trials utilizing QSP models
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance understanding of disease mechanisms
      - Develop mechanistic PK-PD models and QSP models for clinical development
      - Build, calibrate, and validate QSP models using relevant programming languages and tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ph.D. or equivalent degree, or a PharmD with at least two years of experience, or a Master's degree with four years of relevant experience
      - Experience in developing mechanistic PK-PD models and QSP models for clinical development
      - Proficiency in modeling and simulation packages or programming languages (e.g., MATLAB/SimBiology, QSP Designer, R)
      - Hands-on experience in building, calibrating, and validating QSP models
      - Professional working proficiency in written and verbal communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with mechanistic modeling for antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), bispecifics, and/or T-cell engagers
      - Familiarity with clinical development and pharmacometrics
