      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary support liaison for Premium customers, fostering long-term relationships
      - Deliver a high-touch support experience, managing case engagements, escalations, and proactive reviews
      - Lead operational and health reviews, utilizing data to guide discussions on performance and platform usage
      - Partner with Sales to facilitate renewal readiness and enhance customer satisfaction
      - Mentor junior team members on best practices and complex customer scenarios

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in Support Account Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar senior-level role
      - Strong technical expertise in SaaS, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and data integration
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive-level communication
      - Proven ability to navigate complex customer environments and manage high-severity issues
      - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Zendesk, SupportLogic, or Jira
      - Familiarity with data integration workflows or enterprise data systems
      - Experience presenting in QBRs or executive customer forums
      - A collaborative, proactive mindset
