      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze specific business areas to make recommendations and participate in technology projects
      - Assist with maintaining a stable network and infrastructure environment, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting issues
      - Serve as a liaison with third-party support and PC equipment vendors
      - Provide end-user assistance and troubleshoot complex mobile technology problems
      - Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade PC hardware and software for optimal workstation performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, math, science, or a closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience with system application and analysis
      - Proficiency in documentation, presentation tools, and project management tools
      - Ability to complete assignments with limited supervision
      - Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in desktop operations monitoring and support
      - Familiarity with third-party support processes
      - Knowledge of performance upgrades for PC hardware and software components
      - Experience providing Service Desk Call Center and deskside support
      - Previous experience in capacity planning for desktop hardware needs
