Close interaction with hiring managers - help them identify the exact skill set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position, and to advise on the best method to fill the position for the best long term business results
Source, pre-select, and pre-screen potential candidates to deliver a competitive shortlist to hiring managers
Schedule and lead interviews - online/face-to-face, individual/panel
Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings
Guide talent sources to identify suitable candidate pipeline
Reporting
Participate in local and global projects relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practice
At least 3 years experience in recruitment within a corporate IT environment
Good understanding of IT profiles and ability to identify them via various channels
Solid background in End-to-end recruitment
Proven track record in stakeholder management and creating recruitment strategies
Fluency in Dutch and English
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Positive approach, “can do” attitude, creative mindset, attention to detail, team player
