      Position Overview:

      We are seeking a Senior Talent Development & HR Programs Specialist to support the design, development, and execution of talent, learning, and employee experience programs across the organization. This role will help strengthen manager capability, support employee development, ensure required training is completed, and assist in scaling HR programs as the company continues to grow.

      This position will report to the CHRO and partner closely with the CHRO and HR Business Partners to roll out training, development, engagement, and internal communication initiatives that support a high-performing and compliant workforce. The ideal candidate enjoys building programs from the ground up, is highly organized, and is comfortable balancing program coordination with hands-on execution.

      Key Responsibilities

      Talent Development & Learning
      • Administer and manage the company Learning Management System (LMS).
      • Coordinate required training assignments and track completion to support company, state, and internal requirements.
      • Develop and coordinate manager training, new manager onboarding, and leadership development programs.
      • Support rollout of career frameworks, employee development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
      • Create and maintain training materials, guides, and learning resources.
      • Partner with HR Business Partners to support development needs within assigned client groups.

      Employee Experience & Talent Programs
      • Coordinate employee development, internal mobility, and recognition programs.
      • Manage internal HR communications including newsletters, intranet content, and program updates.
      • Help develop programs that reinforce company culture, mission, and values.
      • Support learning sessions or resources that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.

      HR Programs, Training Tracking & Project Support
      • Maintain accurate records related to training completion, program participation, and HR initiatives.
      • Support rollout of required training across multiple states and employee groups.
      • Assist with implementation of new HR programs and processes.
      • Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions for HR initiatives.
      • Support special projects related to talent, development, and organizational growth.

      Qualifications
      • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR Programs, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience roles
      • Experience supporting training programs, LMS administration, or employee development initiatives
      • Experience coordinating or rolling out programs across multiple departments
      • Strong organizational and project management skills
      • Ability to create training materials, guides, or program documentation

      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization

      The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $95K-$110K.This remote position follows a location-based compensation structure. The posted salary range represents the potential pay range across various U.S. geographic markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's primary work location, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.

      Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
