What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other Go-To-Market roles
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business priorities and align hiring plans with organizational goals
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through various channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to support future hiring needs
- Champion the employer brand by creating compelling job postings and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience focused on Go-To-Market roles
- Deep understanding of US & Global GTM talent markets, including compensation trends and sourcing strategies
- Expertise in building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical positions
- Advanced interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills tailored to sales and marketing professionals
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Strong data-driven approach using metrics and analytics to optimize recruiting performance
- Experience in building and maintaining GTM Early Career/Campus Recruiting programs
- Experience hiring across global regions outside of the US
