What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support as a subject matter expert in invasive cardiology systems
- Document product defects and contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Lead training sessions for global teams and support strategic engineering projects
- Provide after-hours support through an on-call rotation and travel for on-site assistance (up to 15%)
- Collaborate closely with hospital staff to troubleshoot real-time clinical issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or clinical systems roles
- Experience in high-level Technical or Tier 1/2/3 support role
- Solid understanding of heart physiology and anatomy systems
- Availability for after-hours support as part of an on-call rotation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL and database querying
- Background as a former clinical staff Cath Lab technician, nurse, or similar hands-on experience in invasive cardiology procedures
- Networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with Healthcare IT systems and data exchange protocols (HL7, DICOM, or similar standards)
