What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain day-to-day client relationships related to onboarding, support, and product adoption
- Drive adoption of contracted functionality to maximize client value from the platform
- Assign deliverables and tasks to team members for ongoing support
- Configure the platform to meet client requirements and assist with implementation
- Identify potential expanded sales opportunities and coordinate with the account management team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a business-related field
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML
- P&C Insurance (Claims, Policy, Billing) experience
- Project Management background with proven success in driving timely and successful implementations
