      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with cross-company partners to shape technical strategy and coordinate execution of infrastructure programs
      - Foster a culture of continuous improvement through tooling, automation, and process optimization
      - Guide engineering efforts in an agile program methodology, managing planning, prioritization, and execution
      - Implement a data-first approach to measure program success and identify improvement areas
      - Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
      - 12+ years of experience in software or hardware engineering and/or technical program management
      - Prior experience in infrastructure software and large-scale distributed computing
      - Extensive understanding of semiconductor design and manufacturing processes
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep experience in infrastructure cluster buildouts and NPI hardware evaluation
      - Experience modernizing EDA Infrastructure solutions to provide a Platform as a Product
      - Prior experience migrating platforms from on-premises to cloud environments
      - Familiarity with software development, release methodologies, and DevOps practices
