      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale customer deployments, managing critical path project schedules
      - Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment of technical scope and requirements
      - Proactively identify and resolve blockers while managing customer scope changes and ensuring compliance with organizational standards
      - Review and interpret customer service orders and technical requirements to ensure project scope clarity
      - Coordinate design reviews with customer engineering teams and internal design/construction teams for technical scope alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience as a technical program manager in data center construction or infrastructure program management
      - Knowledge of data center construction, infrastructure, commissioning, power distribution, and cooling systems
      - Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and innovate processes in fast-paced environments
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
      - Willingness to travel 10-15%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with multimillion-dollar hyperscale data center builds
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to create influence without direct control
      - Familiarity with Non-Recurring Charges (NRCs) and technical scope updates
      - Background in customer service order review and technical requirement interpretation
      - Experience working with geographically distributed teams
