What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead agile ceremonies and workflows to enhance project delivery and team performance
- Drive execution of the NBA's media streaming roadmap across multiple development teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, product, and operations for content delivery
- Manage relationships with vendors and oversee third-party integrations for scalable content delivery
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and technical bottlenecks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of project/program management experience, including risk and critical path management
- Experience in Digital Media, content streaming, or enterprise technology environments
- Proven leadership in agile environments with the ability to manage multiple squads
- Demonstrated success in managing complex vendor relationships and integrations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in OTT video streaming ecosystem and components
- PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification (CSM, etc.)
- Senior-level proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at technical and executive levels
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals
