What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellence in case management services for young children with special needs and their families
- Advocate for families to ensure children receive necessary evaluations and services
- Coordinate with professionals within and outside the Early Intervention (EI) Program to address family needs
- Document all activities in accordance with EI requirements
- Facilitate problem-solving for challenges faced by families

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year experience in Service Coordination through the NYS Early Intervention Program
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Services, Education, or a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, education, sociology)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks while serving multiple families

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish or Russian
