What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support for technical issues related to Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems
- Monitor and support Azure Backups and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and more
- Deliver basic technical support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Respond to service tickets generated by monitoring the remote management system
- Maintain documentation of changes and updates to client environments while communicating with clients about incident progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS, or two (2) years of IT-related experience, preferably in service desk support
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Availability for any shift, on-call rotations, and potential weekend work to support a 24/7 operation
- Proficient in Office 365 and Windows 10/11 administration
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong desire for personal and professional development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Network+ Certification
- Knowledge of ConnectWise and Kaseya
- Experience with Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016 Administration
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, primarily Microsoft and VMWare VCP or Cisco CCNA
- Understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP, firewalls, and SSL VPN appliances
