      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, managing level 1 and 1.5 service incidents and requests
      - Monitor and respond to Service Desk phone and email queues during assigned shifts
      - Provide timely and effective support for user issues related to password resets, MS Office, and Windows
      - Document, prioritize, and actively resolve end-user help requests while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
      - Collaborate with team members to improve Service Desk processes and ensure a positive user experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of one year of experience in analysis, development, and implementation of systems in a business, government, hospital, educational institution, or non-profit organization
      - Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs
      - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
      - Flexibility to work various shifts and locations as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university
      - Additional experience in service desk or IT support roles
