      Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Air in Monterey Park, CA is looking to hire a full-time Service Manager to oversee our plumbing technicians and department.       Our Service Manager will earn a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.       A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE MANAGER

      As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our Plumbing Department. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, and training field technicians to help them achieve their goals. You'll also collaborate closely with our dispatch department to ensure every technician is set up for success on every job. Your leadership will set the tone for the department, inspiring your team to exceed expectations and achieve their goals.       QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE MANAGER
