What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- One plus years' experience with Microsoft/Office365/Hosted email/Mimecast/End User Support
- Solid liaison to 3rd party vendors
- Must have personal auto insurance and a valid driver's license
- Must have a personal, secure, and reliable internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical certifications (Microsoft/Cisco/CompTIA) a plus
