      Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a guide, initiative-taking individual for a Services Project Manager position within our Lifesciences, Consumer Products, and Energy (LCE) Business Unit. As an LCE Services Project Manager, you will lead projects with numerous project delivery teams, assisting our customers in realizing the value of a PLM solution. You will establish and communicate clear project priorities and activities to ensure effective project management. This role serves as the primary point of contact to align the customer, partners, and Siemens delivery teams.

      About the job:

      As part of a Professional Services team, you will collaborate efficiently with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, Product Development, and other internal & external partners to ensure the customer works towards their goals and realizes the value of Siemens software. This position requires excellent interpersonal, leadership, and process improvement skills, as well as interpersonal and financial acumen.

      Responsibilities:
      • Work with Sales and Services Management to initiate, review, and acquire agreement on project governance with the customer.
      • Define and communicate project roles and responsibilities.
      • Drive the customer to realize value from Siemens PLM Solutions and guide the customer through the Siemens PLM Delivery Framework.
      • Conduct partner management through detailed identification, analysis, and planning of actions to negotiate with and influence partners.
      • Set up all required processes in alignment with all partners, establishing appropriate communication on all levels for a project.
      • Proactively supervise the projects' overall progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective and preventive action as appropriate.
      • Perform project issue and risk management, including planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling.
      • Use of A-PE to lead projects in adherence with Advantedge Agile Framework (AAF) and PM@Siemens Milestones
      • Implement change management at the project level to ensure the dependencies of the change are reflected and understood.
      • Orchestrate project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
      • Review and identify critical paths and lead project dependencies.
      • Perform project quality management, ensure the solution meets requirements, and lead compliance with standards, rules, and regulations.
      • Perform project reviews and retrospectives regularly and develop the results and lessons learned into the organization to strengthen the Siemens PLM Delivery Framework.
      • Ensure the project delivers to the approved budget and agreed margin, and that they are both regularly reviewed.
      • Implement project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
      • Advise the work of employees and subcontractors assigned to the project.
      • Efficiently communicate project progress with the customer and support customer adoption.
      • Together with Engagement Management, identify and create additional opportunities within and beyond the ongoing project.
      • Grow the business through follow-on service contracts or project change orders to scope.
      • Must be open to an average of 25% travel

      Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
      • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology, or an equivalent level of knowledge in PLM
      • Multiple years of experience as a Project Manager for Teamcenter solutions or comparable products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator, or Agile
      • Previous leadership experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP, or MES implementations with project budgets over $1M US
      • Experience leading a group of professional architects and consultants during software implementation to achieve results
      • Multiple years of team-leading experience in a customer-facing environment
      • Connect with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness
      • An initiative-taker with excellent social skills at all levels throughout an organization
      • Have a style characterized by an extreme level of integrity and trust based on ethics and Siemens values
      • Results-oriented, organized, highly motivated, and diligent with an extreme level of energy/high sense of urgency
      • Agile certification or SAFe certification and prior experience
      • Certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or International Project Management Association (IPMA), or equivalent

      The pay range for this position is 110,900 - 221,800 annually with a target incentive of 7.5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
