      Shift Leaders oversee the product, processes, and people required to execute a shift. They set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, ensure processes are properly followed, and respond to guests' needs.

      Qualifications:

      • Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
      • Leadership experience preferred
      • Must be 18 years of age or older
      • Must have reliable transportation
      • Available to work part-time - 9 to 28 hours per week
      • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
      • Successful completion of background check
