- Req#: JP-005903550
- Process all outbound shipments in accordance with company and customer requirements using the MRP system.
- Operate the MRP System, verify all information as the order is processed, and input the correct information as required.
- Perform shipping and packaging responsibilities for outbound and inbound freight, including packaging products, documentation preparation, contacting carriers, and handling international shipments.
- Maintain records as required according to industry standards and company practices.
- Perform driving responsibilities to deliver or pick up merchandise according to company requirements.
- Cross-train in all essential requirements of the Inventory/Receiving Group.
- Assist the Inventory/Receiving Group throughout the designated shift whenever primary shipping duties are completed.
- Other duties as requested.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company requirements for company drivers’ insurance.
- Proficiency in accurately operating a computer MRP System.
- Knowledge and proficiency with shipping and packaging processes and requirements.
- Ability to cross-train in other departments as required by management.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand shipment schedules.
- Professional interface with the Accounting department.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, cycle counts, warehouse inventory, and material handling.

Work EnvironmentWork in a cleanroom/warehouse environment supporting the manufacturing of components, systems, and service-related products. The professional setting is ISO certified, with some noise and plastic chips in the manufacturing area. Safety glasses and hearing protection are recommended. Compliance with company safety practices and procedures is required. Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the shift and lift and carry 35 lbs is necessary.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
