- Punctual and prepared for all scheduled group workout sessions
- Ability to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and health
- Conducts Fitness Assessments according to MÜV Fitness protocol
- Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends•Exceptionally member service oriented and possesses outstanding communication skills
- Willingness to uphold MÜV Fitness protocol and policies
- Attends mandatory and optional staff training classes and staff meetings
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- Being a team player
- Set up and Break down of Tribe room
- Passionate about fitness and coaching others with purpose while providing excellent customer service
- Ability to demonstrate and teach exercises while providing feedback on technique
- Ability to execute group training workouts in a safe and effective manner
- Current CPR/AED Certification and basic First Aid knowledge (short grace period is offered)
- Must Have a Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, NCSA, NFPT, AFFA or a 4 year degree in Health/Wellness field
