  Your purpose:

  YouFit’s vision is to create the best member experience, especially within our HIIT+ small group training classes. The Small Group Trainer will be energetic and enthusiastic with members while conducting engaging and productive small group sessions that have up to 10 members. Our signature HIIT+ classes have strength, conditioning and core stations in every workout so our members get results, fast.

  Compensation: Up to $35.00/session for HIIT+ classes

  What You will do:

  • Conduct HIIT+ classes at multiple locations

  • Work closely with members and teammates to ensure all classes exceed expectations

  • Prepare workouts in advance following YouFit’s HIIT+ class format

  • Commit to continuous growth & learning

  
  What You will bring to the team:

  • Friendliness, generosity and compassion

  • A valid personal training certification, group fitness certification or an exercise science-related degree and a valid CPR/AED with a hands-on live component

  • Experience teaching group classes or leading groups

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, engaging energy

  • Background in fitness and exercise

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team-building skills

  • Ability to teach in a fast-paced environment
