Job Summary: - Design a high availability SolarWinds architecture and deployment plan. - Install, configure, and customize SolarWinds Orion for monitoring, configuration management, and alerting for all nodes (~6000) on the organization's Army networks - Update, integrate, and migrate SolarWinds architecture to authorized operating systems and interdependent services as required to meet INSCOM, Intelligence Community (IC), and ARCYBER orders and directives - Interact with clients to receive requests, request clarifications, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve network management issues - Install, configure, and administer SolarWinds Network Performance Module (NPM), Network Configuration Manager (NCM), Data Performance Analyzer (DPM), IP Address Manager (IPAM), Web Performance Manager (WPM), Server and Application Monitor (SAM), and Network Traffic Analyzer (NTA) - Produce customized alerts, reports, and dashboards. - Develop and maintain SolarWinds Disaster Recovery planAbout the company
