      Snowflake Developer

      Location: Brazil, Remote

      We are seeking a Snowflake Developer to join the team and support both US and Latin American clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with big data migration, have a SnowPro Certification, and have professional-level English language skills.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines in Snowflake
      • Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and design scalable Snowflake architecture
      • Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation in Snowflake
      • Optimize Snowflake database performance through indexing strategies and materialized views
      • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline and ETL processes in Snowflake
      • Support data analytics and reporting needs by providing accessible data sets in Snowflake
      • Implement data governance policies and security measures in Snowflake
      • Automate data engineering tasks in Snowflake to improve efficiency
      • Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries in Snowflake

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Certification Preferred – Snowflake SnowPro Certification
      • At least 4 years of experience working with data warehouses and ETL
      • Proficiency in data modelling with a very good understanding of data management concepts
      • Knowledge of RDBMS topics, with the ability to write complex SQL, PL/SQL queries
      • Understanding of data security and data access controls and design aspects
      • Knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms

      Highly Preferred:

      • Expertise with SnowSQL, advanced concepts (query performance tuning, time travel etc.) and features/tools (data sharing, events, SnowPipe etc.)
      • Experience with end-to-end implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse or end-to-end data warehouse implementations on-premise
