What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ideate, build, test, and deploy robust features that align with technical and business objectives
- Collaborate with various engineering teams, product stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Develop and maintain a scalable technology ecosystem for customer service
- Integrate internal and third-party services while ensuring operational efficiency
- Focus on building systems that can handle massive end-user traffic with flexibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
- Proficiency with modern UI frameworks such as React
- Solid experience in object-oriented programming in Java, C++, or similar languages
- Strong knowledge of API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and REST
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer support or account management
- Familiarity with Generative AI or machine learning at the application level
- Knowledge of SLOs, SREs, and contemporary observability platforms
- Experience with distributed systems and AWS multi-region deployments
- A good understanding of UX fundamentals
