      The Opportunity

We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. Technical s pecialist with comprehensive knowledge in the area of software engineering and electrical testing. Helps drive the design and manufacture of continuous glucose monitors and wearable sensors and systems.

      MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Develop software (PC-application and embedded) used to test electronic devices through manufacturing.
      • Develop software tools for verification of hardware test-boards and product verification testing.
      • Assist with the design and verification of test systems used for biosensor manufacturing.
      • Provide technical guidance to external suppliers and third-party manufacturers.
      • Represent operations and R&D in cross-functional teams.
      • Steer PCBA functional test system architecture and roadmap to support multiple products.
      • Ensure that electrical design and test equipment meet applicable industry standards and regulations.
      • Write and submit Engineering Change Orders into our product life cycle documentation system.

      Desired Skills/Experience:

      • Application software development with C#, Python, C++ or a similar language
      • Embedded software development with C
      • Experience troubleshooting embedded systems and/or manufacturing processes
      • Electrical design experience or familiarity – should be able to understand electrical schematics and review printed-circuit board layouts
      • Familiarity with electrical lab equipment and testing – digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
      • Familiarity with wired and wireless communication protocols, e.g.: UART, SPI, NFC, Bluetooth
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      Education

      • BS or higher in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or a related field

      Experience/Background

      • Software Engineering
      • Electrical design and testing
      • Electrical or process verification and validation
      • Medical device experience preferred

      The base pay for this position is

      $82,100.00 – $164,100.00
