      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
      - Write and review code that adheres to coding standards and best practices
      - Participate in all scrum ceremonies, assisting in sprint planning and execution
      - Monitor work against production schedules and provide regular updates on progress
      - Mentor associate software engineers and assist with their development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
      - Minimum of 3 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON
      - Experience working within an agile methodology and a strong track record in designing large-scale applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
      - 3+ years of experience with Workday integration tools and related skills
      - Knowledge of API design and management
      - Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Dell Boomi
      - Familiarity with Groovy scripting and Java programming
