What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct one-on-one video shopping consultations to assist customers in selecting portable power stations and accessories
- Recommend appropriate systems based on device loads and runtime requirements
- Explain product specifications in an easily understandable manner during consultations
- Log consultation outcomes and adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Stay updated on product availability, bundles, promotions, and FAQs to provide accurate recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer engagement in the consumer electronics or outdoor industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly over video and chat
- Proficiency in discovery, objection handling, and closing sales effectively
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor while managing time effectively
- Familiarity with consumer electronics and outdoor products is a plus

- Experience in providing customer consultations via video or chat platforms
- Knowledge of portable power solutions and solar energy products
- Previous experience working as an independent contractor
