      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with account executives and solutions engineers to qualify opportunities and develop use cases for conversational AI solutions
      - Drive sales strategy for both existing accounts and new clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors
      - Position and demonstrate the value of voice solutions to meet client business needs
      - Help clients modernize their contact centers and improve customer engagement
      - Maintain forecasting and opportunity management using Salesforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling voice solutions in the contact center space
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
      - Deep knowledge of IVR/IVA and contact center technologies
      - Experience with Salesforce for forecasting and opportunity management
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with conversational AI technologies
      - Existing relationships in the healthcare provider market
      - Willingness to travel to customers as needed (25-30% travel expected)
