      Do you want to be part of the team that brings Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerging technology to the field? We are looking for a hardworking Solution Architect to lead a team dedicated to enabling our growing list of AI consulting partners. Our team focuses on educating and activating our partner community to support customer adoption of NVIDIA AI Enterprise Software. As a leader on our team, you will help emerging partners engage with NVIDIA. You will achieve this by helping evangelize NVIDIA solutions, qualifying customers opportunities, and delivering customer engagements in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Accelerated Data Analytics, and Cloud.

      In this role, you will collaborate with other solution architects to develop reference architectures and repeatable workflows your partners will adapt to reach their customers. The "emerging accounts" manager will have a close counterpart focused on "mature accounts"; together you will jointly define processes for qualifying and upskilling partners. You will define curated learning paths; develop hands-on materials; support pre-sales activities; and support your partners throughout customer deliveries.

      What you’ll be doing:

      In this role, you'll be working as a player-coach to expand our partner ecosystem; you will then help drive adoption of NVIDIA solutions via these partners. You'll have the opportunity to grow your team by identifying creative internal and external candidates to support your mission.

      • Building a team of solution architects to that will work through partners to bring the power of AI and NVIDIA accelerated computing to the world's leading companies.

      • Defining processes for qualifying potential partners; crafting learning maps and training materials to educate them on NVIDIA's opinionated AI solutions.

      • Activating partners through hands-on workshops; and accelerating their customer outreach with pre and post-sales support.

      • Scaling knowledge, reach, and opportunities around the globe by sharing your processes and learnings with other regional leaders; and developing an active community of Subject Matter Experts.

      • Fostering learning and improvement by providing valuable feedback to sales and product specialists.

      What we need to see:

      • Strong foundational expertise, from a BS, MS, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar or equivalent experience.

      • Proven experience in technical leadership, strong understanding of NVIDIA technologies, and success in developing strategic accounts.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent.

      • 4+ years of technical leadership or management experience and 8+ years of overall experience.

      • Deep knowledge of NVAIE Emerging and Mature Software products, experience with integration and deployment of software products in enterprise environments, and experience working with SA teams in vertical industries and partner organizations.

      Ways to stand out from the crowd:

      • Passion for knowledge sharing and proven experience with building educational content in the field of AI or Cloud.

      • Strong communication skills and experience working in external facing roles. Comfortable working in a highly collaborative working environment.

      • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise AI Software, Base Command Manager, NEMO, and NVIDIA Inference Microservices.

      • Consulting or channel experience.

      The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
