      Job Description

      The Space Intern will work closely with our Space Execution team and Wholesaler partners to support Shopper First Shelf performance. This includes assisting with reset execution, validating submissions, managing data entry and reporting through Space Station, developing success stories, and preparing recaps for the broader team. Through structured in person and virtual training, this role provides meaningful exposure to the execution of a key component of our business plan and how we drive sales.

      Responsibilities

      • Support the S pace initiative with oversight of reporting and results .

      • Gain exposure to core tools supporting the S pace initiative, including Power BI, Space Station, Store360 , and various communication platform s .

      • Partner weekly with the Space Execution Manager, Space Execution t eam , and the F ield t eams .

      • Assist with validating , recording and uploading Shopper First Shelf submissions .

      • Use Blue Yonder Space Planning software to validate and build Store level proposals, ensuring proper Shopper First Shelf standards are achieved .

      • Support in identifying market-specific Shopper First Shelf opportunities .

      • Support in identifying Wholesaler s Shopper First Shelf gaps to plan and recommend corrective actions .

      • Track and Scorecard results pertaining to our Shopper-First Shelf program .

      • Assist with Compass , Anaplan , and Space Station inputs for independent accounts and off- premise chains .

      • Support additional Space Execution team projects and business needs as they arise.

      • Attend weekly calls with CBI leaders to learn about other functions across the company .

      Minimum Qualifications

      • College-level Junior/Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an interest in a sales or sales support career .

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook .

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.

      • Detail-oriented, organized , and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

      • Work in a hybrid environment including virtual meetings , in-person collaboration , and In-Market meetings/visits .

      Physical Requirements/Work Environment

      • Must be 21 years of age.

      • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.

      • Must be able to move up to 55 lbs , as o ccasional lifting may be required .

      • Use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms .

      • Climb or balance stairs/ladders .

      • Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear .

      • Must have close vision, distant vision, and ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision .

      • Must have a valid driver’s license and have your own vehicle .
