      At Employer, we are seeking a Corporate Sales Specialist for our Aspira Fine Wine and Craft Spirits Division. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to drive the corporate gifting business and build relationships with high-value corporate clients and high net worth individuals. With access to our extensive portfolio of fine wines and craft spirits, you will become the go-to option for group order gifting. As a Corporate Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our Supervisor of Corporate Sales to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve maintaining client information, identifying customized gift opportunities, and managing end-to-end gifting programs.       Responsibilities:
      - Win, retain, and develop clients through sales "hunting" activity
      - Maximize sales growth from existing customers and achieve volume growth targets
      - Build rapport and trust with clients by understanding their needs and collaborating with internal teams
      - Serve as the primary sales contact for potential customers, leading sales that delight the client and recipients
      - Liaise with corporate clients to ensure seamless gifting programs

      Skills:
      - Self-starter with drive and self-accountability
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
      - Understanding of luxury sales experience
      - Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills
      - Strong sales stamina and negotiation skills
      - Highly organized with excellent time management skills
      - Positive attitude, adaptability, resilience, and strategic mindset
      - Goal-oriented and competitive
      - Proven track record in independent sales role
      - Experience using CRM systems and MS Office Products
      - Formal training or strong interest in fine wine and craft spirits

      Physical Requirements/Other:
      - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury group sales or sales in other categories
      - Must have a valid driver's license
      - Must be at least 21 years of age
