      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals
      - Contact doctors to obtain necessary information for prior authorizations
      - Manage assigned workflow queues efficiently
      - Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and prescription orders
      - Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and maintain high ethical standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two years of pharmacy support experience or experience in a healthcare environment
      - Pharmacy technician license or pharmacy technician trainee license strongly preferred in states requiring licensure
      - Ability to work scheduled hours with varying shifts based on department needs
      - Strong commitment to compliance program objectives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some college education preferred
      - Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
      - Experience in a specialty pharmacy setting
      - Strong interpersonal skills to interact cooperatively with colleagues
      - Familiarity with prior authorization processes in healthcare
