Overview
Under general direction, provides routine support to Sales Operations and Category Marketing.Responsibilities
- Attends and hosts Product Planning meetings in concert with Category Marketing. - Manages Product Launch process, activity tracker and internal launch activities. - Proposes pricing requirements to finance. - Provides input on margin analysis and proposed Pricing Standards. - Drives requests to internal departments, manages product changes, and implements new products. - Responsible for setting up new structure, pricing, systems, etc. - Provides feedback on milestone and product management activities. - Directs input and communication to U.S. HQ. - Updates Price Workbook and internal Sales Ordering Tool(s). - Evaluates profitability of current equipment install base. - Coordinates equipment ordering and forecasting with U.S. HQ. - Manages used and new assets for entry level products. - Interfaces with Equipment Partners and Service Providers on limited basis. - Liaises with Inventory Control, Planning/Procurement, and Logistics.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience. - Degree inbusiness or related emphasis. - Experience in Product Planning or a related role. - Great attitude with examples of commitment to excellence. - Ability to meet/exceed deadlines, prioritize tasks to meet business objectives. - Strong Business Acumen. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Novice proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and Word. - Desire to expand and grow in our organization. - Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt accordingly including the application of knowledge to practical issues often relating to more than one functional area.Company Overview
