      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, retail, and international teams
      - Conduct first-round interviews and present qualified candidates with structured assessments
      - Lead interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
      - Proactively source candidates using various platforms and build diverse talent pipelines for domestic and international roles
      - Maintain accurate ATS data and track recruiting metrics, sharing insights with People Leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
      - Proven experience hiring across multiple corporate functions, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands
      - Ability to build strategic partnerships with business leaders and influence hiring decisions
      - Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and systems, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating across various levels
      - Knowledge of best practices in candidate experience and employer branding
      - Flexibility to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, events, or hiring needs
